This policy explains what ProClean AI (operated by MGK Consulting LLC, "we," "us") collects through procleanai.com and our outreach, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. ProClean AI serves businesses, and this policy covers information about the business contacts we work with.
Information you give us
When you request a Free Ops Audit, we collect:
- Your name and company name
- Your email address and phone number
- Whether you clean residential, commercial or both, and how many offices or locations you run
- The CRM and booking software you use, if you tell us
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the site or submit the form, we collect:
- Campaign details from the link you followed: UTM tags (source, medium, campaign, term, content) and ad click IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, msclkid, fbclid)
- The page that referred you, the page you landed on, and when you first visited
- Your approximate country, based on your IP address
- Usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, device type and the form submission event
We save first-visit campaign details in your browser's local and session storage, so a request is credited to the ad, email or search that brought you in. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits.
Information from other sources
We may get business contact details, such as a name, title, company and work email, from public sources and business data providers. We use them to contact cleaning company owners and managers about ProClean AI.
How we use information
- To contact you about the Free Ops Audit you requested, and to prepare it
- To follow up about ProClean AI services
- To send business outreach emails, which you can opt out of at any time
- To measure which ads, emails and searches bring in requests, and improve our marketing
- To protect the site and the form from spam and abuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Phone, text and email
When you submit the form, you agree that ProClean AI may contact you by phone, text message and email at the number and address you provide, about your audit and related services. Calls and texts may use automated technology, including AI voice tools. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@procleanai.com to stop all contact.
Your choices and rights
- Stop texts by replying STOP, and stop emails with the unsubscribe link
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@procleanai.com
- Clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on
Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state privacy laws. We respond to verified requests as those laws require, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
How long we keep information
We keep audit requests and related records for 36 months after our last contact with you, or longer if the law requires, then delete or anonymize them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the tools that hold your information. No system is completely secure.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
